Sainte-Cécile is a kitesurf spot on the Côte d'Opale (Pas-de-Calais), between Le Touquet and Hardelot. This quieter beach village offers a less crowded alternative to the busier resorts nearby, with a good sandy beach exposed to South to South-West winds.
