Langrune-sur-Mer is a kitesurf spot on the Côte de Nacre (Calvados), between Courseulles-sur-Mer and Luc-sur-Mer. This north-facing beach on the Bay of the Seine catches North-East, North-West and North-North-West winds — the dominant directions for onshore conditions on this stretch of coast.
Tidal spot — check tide times. The Côte de Nacre is a historic WWII D-Day landing beach area. Sandy beach with good access. A pleasant local spot for the Calvados coast.
