Overview

La Nartelle is a kitesurf spot at Sainte-Maxime (Var), on the Golfe de Saint-Tropez. This beach catches the strong East-North-East, East and East-South-East winds — the Levant / Grecale direction that blows across the gulf from the open Mediterranean.

Mediterranean spot. The Golfe de Saint-Tropez is one of the most famous anchorages in the world — very heavy boat traffic especially in summer. Respect navigation rules strictly. The Levant wind here can be strong and gusty. A beautiful spot with views across to Saint-Tropez.
