Kitesurfing spot at Theologos Beach on the island of Rhodes in Greece. There are several spots in Theologos but this spot is by far the least crowded and locals come here in the evening after work. It's a pebble beach that doesn't require booties (except possibly for beginners). Launching is easy but you shouldn't linger on the beach due to possible turbulence. There are trees downwind. The water is about 1 meter deep and then deeper, making it ideal for foiling. The water has good waves and/or chop. Landing is a bit more technical due to turbulence. In case of problems, it's possible to land all along the coast but be careful of swimmers and parasols.
Like all official spots in Greece, beach use is paid. There is rescue service, toilets, shower, storage and a hotel about 200 meters away (Sabina Hotel). For campers, there is a campsite (Drolma Ling) not far away. The kite spot is really chill (nothing like the other industrial kite schools in Theologos). Possibilities to take kite, foil, and wing lessons. Cabrinha equipment. The owners are locals.

Hazards
The main dangers are trees and turbulence on land. For foilers, there are breakwaters but they are marked with buoys.
Wind specificities
Morning light wind ideal for foiling (north-west wind - on, side on). In the afternoon the wind strengthens (thermal) to become strong in the late afternoon (west south-west - side). In the late afternoon when it's strong and side-shore, the wind is more irregular near the beach due to turbulence.
