Overview

Fort-Mahon-Plage is a kitesurf spot on the Picardy coast (Somme), between the Authie and Somme bays. This popular family resort offers one of the longest and widest beaches in northern France — a reference spot for kitesurf and land yachting on the Picardy coast.

Dominant winds from SSW to North-West. Very large tidal range with an enormous flat sandy beach at low tide. Great spot for all levels thanks to the wide open space. Good infrastructure with parking, services and kite schools in the area.
