Saint-Clément-des-Baleines is a kitesurf spot at the western tip of the Île de Ré (Charente-Maritime), near the famous lighthouse (Phare des Baleines). This is the most exposed point of the island, fully open to the Atlantic with a dominant West wind blowing directly onshore.
